We're straight up about how we handle your info. No hidden surprises here - just the facts about what we collect and why we need it.

Look, we get it - nobody actually enjoys reading these things. But here's the deal: at Zephyron Empire Fitness, we're pretty serious about keeping your personal info locked down tight. We're not gonna sell your email to some random supplement company or spam you with nonsense.
This policy breaks down exactly what information we collect when you train with us, why we need it, and how we keep it safe. Whether you're signing up for membership, booking a coaching session, or just browsing our site, we want you to know what's happening with your data.
We follow all Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA, if you wanna get technical about it) and take this stuff seriously. Your trust matters to us, plain and simple.
When you join the Empire, we'll need some basics from you:
To keep you safe and help you crush your goals, we collect:
Our website automatically grabs some tech info:
We're not collecting this info just for kicks. Here's what we actually do with it:
Managing memberships, scheduling sessions, processing payments, and keeping our facility running smoothly.
Creating personalized programs, tracking your progress, adjusting workouts based on your goals and limitations.
Making sure programs are safe for you, knowing who to call in emergencies, keeping everyone injury-free.
Sending class updates, schedule changes, special offers, and responding to your questions.
We'll also use your info to improve our services, analyze what's working (and what's not), and occasionally send you marketing stuff - but you can opt out of that anytime.
What we DON'T do: Sell your data to third parties, share it without permission, or use it for anything sketchy. Period.
We take security pretty damn seriously. Here's what we've got in place:
Real talk: No system is 100% hack-proof. We do everything possible to keep your data secure, but if there's ever a breach, we'll let you know immediately and tell you exactly what happened and what we're doing about it.
Yeah, we use cookies - and not the delicious kind (though we've got some protein cookie recipes if you're interested). These are tiny files that help our website work better.
These keep the site functioning - logging in, remembering your cart, that kind of thing. Can't really turn these off if you want the site to work.
Help us see which pages are popular, where people are getting stuck, and how to make the site better. All anonymous stuff.
Track what you're interested in so we can show you relevant stuff. You can disable these in your browser settings if they bug you.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Just know that blocking certain cookies might make parts of our site a bit wonky.
It's your data, and you've got rights. Here's what you can do:
Request a copy of all the info we have on you. We'll send it over within 30 days.
Changed your email or moved? Let us know and we'll update everything.
Want out? We'll delete your info (though we might need to keep some stuff for legal reasons).
Unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime. You'll still get important account updates though.
Limit how we use certain data if you've got concerns about accuracy or legality.
Take your data to another gym if you want. We'll provide it in a usable format.
To exercise any of these rights, just shoot us an email at info@zephyronempire.info or stop by the front desk.
Alright, here's the deal with using our facility and services. Read through this so we're all on the same page.
By walking through our doors or using our services, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, let's talk about it before you sign up.
This stuff will get you kicked out fast:
Moving away? We'll transfer your membership to another location if we've got a partnership, or help you find a gym that'll honor our rates. Can't transfer memberships to other people though - that's a security thing.
Price Changes: We might adjust membership rates occasionally, but you'll get 60 days notice before any increase hits your account.
Let's be real - strength training and athletic conditioning come with inherent risks. Lifting heavy stuff can lead to injuries if done wrong. Here's what you're agreeing to:
By training at Zephyron Empire, you acknowledge that:
